The website, console, and game panel of Nanjing Heyiwei Network Technology Co., Ltd. (the "HYW Cloud Services" platform) are built upon a wide range of open source software. We respect and appreciate the contributions of the open source community, and in accordance with the requirements of the respective open source licenses, we publish the major open source components used, together with their licenses, on this page.
This notice covers components delivered to your browser with the website, components used on our server side, and the game panel (Pterodactyl) and its components. The per-component copyright and license notices for all components (including transitive dependencies) are available in the Third-Party Open Source Notices file; the complete license text of any component is available via the links therein, the upstream repositories, or the in-site ticket system.
1. Open Source Components Delivered with the Website and Console
The code of the following components is bundled and delivered to your browser with the web pages:

noVNC is distributed under MPL 2.0; its corresponding source code is provided, as required by that license, at the upstream repository: github.com/novnc/noVNC (v1.4.0). In addition, the website build tooling (TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostCSS, etc.) is likewise open source software, used only for building and not delivered with the service.

3. Game Panel (Pterodactyl)
The game panel is built on the open source project Pterodactyl Panel (MIT License), including localization and functional modifications made by the Platform; the modified parts likewise follow the MIT License with the original copyright notice retained. Major panel dependencies:

4. Notes on the Licenses Involved
- MIT License: A permissive license allowing any use, modification, and redistribution, provided that the original copyright and license notice are retained.
- Apache License 2.0: A permissive license with an express patent grant; distribution must retain the license text along with copyright and trademark notices.
- BSD 3-Clause License: A permissive license requiring retention of copyright notices; derivative works may not use the original authors’ names for endorsement.
- Mozilla Public License 2.0: A file-level weak copyleft license; distributing the covered files (including modifications) requires making the MPL-licensed source available.
- CC BY 4.0: An attribution license allowing any use and redistribution, provided that the source and author are credited.
5. Our Commitments and Proprietary Code Statement
- When using and modifying the components above, we retain their original copyright notices and license texts, and no copyright identification has been removed;
- The Platform provides services online and does not offer downloadable software copies; the license and copyright notices for the components that run in your browser with the web pages are set out on this page and in the Third-Party Open Source Notices. Should a downloadable client or tool software be offered in the future, we will attach the complete license texts as required by the applicable licenses, and provide the corresponding source code where an open-source obligation applies (e.g., MPL 2.0);
- The copyright of the Platform's proprietary code belongs to Nanjing Heyiwei Network Technology Co., Ltd., with all rights reserved; except as required by law or expressly agreed under the open source licenses above, it may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without written permission.
